Brogue wants Blok’s classic Chef knife with its full tang eight-inch blade and supremely balanced five-inch wooden handle and intricate mosaic rivets. Such is the desirability of these beautiful blades, there’s currently a three-year wait on bespoke creations. However, Edmonds does sell a few knives each Friday via the website, so if you want a slice of style in your kitchen, you’ll need to look sharp.
